Payment Terms

• We accept payments via Stripe, where all major credit cards are accepted.
• Payments processing times should be instant, but can vary depending upon the payment servicer.

• For recurring billing, you will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges, or at intervals otherwise agreed in our contract. 

• If the credit card is declined, we will continue to attempt to charge the card on file every 3 days for 30 days (up to 10 times). We will attempt to notify you for updated contact information.

• After 5 days without payment, your account will be considered delinquent. All accounts 5 days past due may be disabled or de-activated until balances are paid in full.

• All prices are in USD Currency.
• Taxes and fees may apply as required by law.
• Your payment information is handled securely.
• No refunds are offered on any products, donations, subscriptions, or memberships.

Refund & Retuns Policy

At HomeSchool Heroes HQ, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and products. We want to inform our customers that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This includes purchases, subscriptions, memberships, or donations made accidentally or without intention.

We understand that purchases might occasionally be made by children or adolescents, either inadvertently or without parental consent. However, our policy maintains that these transactions are also non-refundable. We encourage guardians to supervise the online activities of minors, particularly regarding financial transactions.

Additionally, due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept any returns. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, confirming that you have thoroughly reviewed and accepted our no-refund policy. We value your understanding and trust in our products and services.
