At HomeSchool Heroes HQ, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and products. We want to inform our customers that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This includes purchases made accidentally or without intention.

We understand that purchases might occasionally be made by children or adolescents, either inadvertently or without parental consent. However, our policy maintains that these transactions are also non-refundable. We encourage guardians to supervise the online activities of minors, particularly regarding financial transactions.

Additionally, due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept any returns. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.
